How credits work
Each search location in a check uses one credit. The app shows the cost before you run a check. Credits do not expire. The Pro subscription adds 500 credits each month, and unused credits carry over.
How to restore purchases
Open Settings in the app and choose Restore Purchases. Your credits and subscription are tied to your App Store account, so they come back on a new iPhone too.
How to cancel Pro
Apple manages the subscription. On your iPhone, open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, choose Streetfinch and tap Cancel Subscription. Cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date to avoid the next charge. Deleting the app does not cancel it.
How to erase your data
Open Settings in the app and choose the option to erase your data from our server. Your purchases remain tied to your App Store account so you can restore them. You can also email us and ask. The checks saved on your iPhone stay there until you delete them or delete the app.
Why a rank can differ from what you see on your phone
A check shows where you rank from several search locations around your business, taken at one moment. Google changes results by the exact spot, the time and the person searching, so your own phone may show something different. Look at the trend over several checks rather than one number.

- The Streetfinch version, shown under Help in the app’s settings.
A screenshot helps too. Remove anything you would rather not share first. Please never send passwords, sign-in codes or payment card details.
Purchases and refunds
Purchases go through Apple. Apple handles billing and refund requests, and you manage or cancel a subscription in your App Store account settings.
