When will Streetfinch be available?
Streetfinch is not released yet and we have not announced a date. Email us from the home page and we will tell you when it is in the App Store.
How much will it cost?
Checks are paid for with credits, one credit for each search location, or with a Pro subscription. Pricing will be announced at launch.
What does a check actually tell me?
For one search phrase, a check shows where your business ranks on Google Maps when someone searches from each of several spots around you. You get a map of numbered, color-coded search locations, a one-sentence summary, and the businesses that rank ahead of you.
Will Streetfinch improve my ranking?
No. Streetfinch shows where you rank so you can see what is happening and whether it changes over time. It does not edit your Google listing and cannot promise a better position.
Do I need an account?
No. There is no account and no sign-in. The app registers an anonymous installation, and your credits and purchases are tied to your App Store account.
Where is my information kept?
Your businesses and checks are stored on your iPhone. To run a check, the app sends the business details and search phrase to the Streetfinch service. The privacy policy has the details.
Does it work outside big cities?
Yes. You choose how far out to look: Neighborhood is about 1.5 miles, Town is about 5 miles and Region is about 15 miles.
Can I use it for more than one business?
Yes. You can keep several businesses in one list, and the ones that slipped since their last check are listed first.
Is Streetfinch made by Google or Apple?
No. Streetfinch is an independent app from Serious Business. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Google or Apple.
Are the businesses in your screenshots real?
No. The screenshots on this site use made-up businesses and sample rankings to show how the app looks.
